Q: What Does My Session Fee Cover:
Your Session Investment Covers your Exclusive Session time with Santa along with up to 10 Digital files delivered via our secure website.
Q: Will there be an opportunity to purchase additional items?
Yes! We will have Custom "Santa Experience Books, Ornaments, Holiday Cards, Prints, and More available to select from after your session.
Q: How long will it take to receive my files and any additional products purchased?
Please allow up to 3 weeks. This will allow us time to add any "special effects" to these images which help to create the "magic" of the moment.
Q: Can We Change Outfts During the Session?
The session time slot is very strict, so any changing of clothing will take away from shooting time. The time slot can not be extended based on this lost time. We recommend coming already in outfits, PJ's etc prior to arrival and check-in. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your session so that when Santa is ready...you are ready.
Q: Can We Bring Our Own Props?:
We know Pinterest ideas are all the rage, but we can not guarantee the usage of any external props. Thousands of dollars have been invested for a beautiful upscale interactive set with many triggers that we have already tested. Let the magic of the Santa Experience take flight on it's own and you will be amazed.
Q: Is there anything we should bring?
I recommend bringing a "hand-written" note for Santa to open. He will open this letter and read it during your Exclusive Session, allowing us to capture the moment. We’ve also seen parents bring a gift for Santa to give their child to open. This is always a huge success, and we will work with you on arrangements if you decide to do this.
Q: What Happens if My Child Doesn't Cooperate?
There are no guarantees that every child is ready to see and interact with joy with Santa. We will capture what is present. If there is a resistance we can not force happiness and joy on a child. We can however do a "Drop and Run" and have fun images you can show off to their first date when they are teenagers. Unfortunately there are no refunds of your session.
Q: I have several children, can they all participate in the same session?
Due to the Custom nature of these EXCLUSIVE sessions, we encourage you to book one time slot per child. At the end of your session, we will accommodate a "family/sibling" portrait with Santa as well. This will ensure we capture plenty of images of each. If this just isn’t possible for you, talk to us. We don’t want any children to miss out on this Experience.
Q: Is this Just For Children or Can Other Family Members Participate in the Session?
This is not exclusive to just children. The entire family can participate as well. Keep in mind the more people in the set the more crowded the photos and less attention on the little ones.
Q: Can I Bring Our Pet(s)/Animal(s)?
Due to the potential for allergies with other families and the fact this is at a place of business, we unfortunately cannot allow pets of any kind in our sessions.
