Scott Head, Award-Winning Photographer
Scott Head is a published, family and events photographer based in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Married to his high school sweetheart for 16 years, Christina, and father to their two boys - Kaleb and Joshua. Photography let Scott photograph his autistic son in moments of play and wonder. In those photos he saw only the love he had for him. No doctors appointments, struggle to be understood, or fear of parent who worries for how their child will adapt to the world around them. Being able to use his lens to reflect back the best of the people he loved and hold on to has been the greatest gift. It brought the joy and healing he needed the most.
Scott is the owner/photographer behind Scott Head Photography (formerly Echo Arkansas Photography), he is fortunate to photograph baseball games for the Arkansas Travelers minor league, basketball games for the Little Rock Trojans (University of Arkansas Little Rock), and local high school sports as a freelance photographer for ArkansasVarsity.com. He has trained under some of the best photographers in the industry, such as Melanie Anderson, Sue Bryce, and Susan Stripling. He now specializes in Seniors, Families, Children, Sports, Commercial and Wedding photography.
